Louisiana Aviation Leader

Tim Burbach: Tim Burbach is Garver’s Louisiana Aviation Leader. Over the course of his 13-year career, Tim has managed and designed aviation infrastructure projects across Louisiana, Mississippi, and Florida. Totaling more than $1.5 billion, those projects include the construction of the new North Terminal at the New Orleans International Airport, a 35-gate project to accommodate the airport’s growth, and the $150 million terminal project at Lafayette Regional Airport. In addition to specializing in civil/geotechnical engineering, project management, and construction materials testing, Tim has played a leadership role in professional organizations including the American Concrete Institute’s Louisiana Chapter Board, served on AASHTO and ASTM technical committees, and currently supports Baton Rouge’s Helix Aviation Academy, a first of its kind K-12 school that offers students a unique, immersive experience in aviation education and careers.
